I believe in medical freedom, people have the right to chose whether to take the vaccine or not. No one should be force to take something. Consent over coercion. Where there is a risk there should be a choice. I oppose the vaccine mandate.
I cannot believe this is even up for discussion. It goes against the Nuremberg Code and our constitution to mandate these vaccines. Think about the divisiveness and segregation you would foster with such a mandate. This isn’t right, and you know it.
This is not constitutional and people should have the right to choose. We all know there is more unvaccinated then they are vaccinated and you vaccinated say it’s selfish, but demanding to have this mandated and show proof of your vaccination selfishness. How many small businesses and others will you shut down. It’s our bodies and our decision!!!

Vaccine passport and mandates have no place in a free society. And, instituting vaccine passports and mandates violates multiple unalienable rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
I oppose vaccine mandates and passports. The Bible states in Psalms 91:1-3: I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust. Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence. Covid is a deadly pestilence as it is viral and some people die from it, but God has blessed humankind with individual immune systems and herd immunities to address viral threats. How else would humanity have survived from ancient times? I say no.
All medical procedures should be informed consent and voluntary . Keep in mind please ,None of these current jabs protect against delta variant or any other variant according to CDC . Also are you aware that that current jabs efficacy has faded -again this is from CDC . Please don’t mandate any medical procedures as you are all not doctors/scientists and have no idea about the implications of these medical procedures on ALL people . This will affect everyone negatively including your own .

I oppose all COVID mandates. I oppose vaccine passport. By implementing a vaccine passport to participate in normal daily life, you all are actively engaging in discrimination unlike anything seen since slavery. Also to force employees to engage in a medical procedure goes against our individual liberties & our rights to our own bodies! No employer has the right to force an someone to engaged in a personal medical decision and then turn around and threaten termination & to lose everything

Please don’t mandate the COVID-19 vaccine. It is too soon to assess the safety of this injection and coercing others to obtain it, takes away freedom and potentially increases the physical/psychological damage to your constituents. It also further inflicts the alienation experienced after the months of lockdown. Please protect the freedoms of the people of San José to make informed decisions.
If you need the revenue, create jobs. We are safe to go back to work, no need to create another health crisis over the side effects for this vaccine. We know data is manipulated and we are fighting for our generation, if they want to live in California they need to afford it and creating sick generations are gonna get us to disaster. Absolutely no Vaccine mandate! More and more evidences show that covid-19 vaccines have very limited affect against the COVID-19 virus, especially the delta variant, which is >90% of the virus currently circulating in the US. The vaccine protection power, if any, has been reportedly dropped quickly, the vaccine strategy is failing fast worldwide. Why should we still be enforced to obey a government failure? Firther, CDC and government are not transparent regarding vaccine side/harm effects.
This is discriminating.Offering an exemption is also discriminating.We don’t need to find ways to prove ourselves that we are not a threat to society.There are treatments and should be considered.Hospitals are not overwhelmed and we pay enough for extra help.We also pay so much for telehealth so we should benefit from hospitals if needed. We pay them.We pay your salaries too so we should have our voices listened. If we need exemptions then we should also oup-out from your paying your salaries.
You get to work from home, we don’t. We have kids to feed and can’t get days off for side effects and afford to lose jobs for any problems could occur after taking it.
