I object to the vaccine passports. The city does not need to get involved with my health. I can take care of that myself. This is pushing people to not trust the medical community. I have had covid and not one of you have spoken about those with immunity. You are all inept and will be voted out if you vote this in!
I strongly oppose. This playing a doctor is absolutely ridiculous. You believe that people with natural immunity are somehow infectious. At the same time, it's ok to force an expired product on the population, a vaccine with many side effects that doesn't even work anymore. Why don't you mandate booster shots already? Bad, bad, bad sales people. Civil liberties? Constitution? City Council has no clue what those are.

I am writing to object to the Vaccine Passports. It is against my personal liberties (my body, my choice) and is against everything that America stands for. Have you see the data showing that people who have gotten the vaccine are contracting covid? If any of you vote for it, be prepared to be recalled.
I OPPOSE this shot mandate. My right to choose medical care is solely my choice and should not be politically weaponized. The shots are consistently proven UNSAFE by scientist, doctors, and supported by the US VAERS and European Union EUDRA VIGILANCE reports. I believe the elected counsel should allow for CHOICE and TESTING.
NO! 🤬NO!🤬NO!🤬 Medical status privacy is protected under the ADA. To require disclosure of medical status to enter a PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION establishment is a violation of privacy and against the LAW! There is NOT a pandemic of the unvaccinated! The citizens of San Jose have medical rights protected under both the US Constitution and the CA Constitution to refuse deadly experimental medical interventions. To coerce, force or mandate medical interventions also violates the Nuremberg Code!!!
Mandating citizens to take a shot they do not want or need is UNAMERICAN! My body my choice! This is not a communist country we live in! Forcing the shots is a violation of freedoms afforded by this once great state and country.

Over 400,00 now have Vascular issues, myocardia/heart attack Guillian barr, bells palsy, paralysis, autoimmune diseases, infertility, miscarriage, blood clots, tremors, and destroys structure of blood cells(forms tubes). What we put in our bodies is our choice! Why are we being forced this lethal vax? FDA WAS AWARE!
I've lived in San Jose for over 35 years. We fought for freedom in this nation with many wars, and now they are seeking to take our freedoms away. Freedom to determine what a person puts in his body is being taken away. Freedom to breathe clean air, instead of breathing your own recycled air, is being taken away. I wholeheartedly oppose vaccine mandates and mask mandates. People should be free to steward their own bodies, not be mandated to have to put an experimental shot in their body.
