I cant disagree with this mandate more. It goes against every human right of body autonomy motivated by pressure from big pharma. Where is the information regarding good, solid health as a safe & natural way to successfully fight covid? Something is terribly wrong with how our country has been trying to fight this virus. The mandate will only add to the deepening division & place more of a burden on our business owners who have already suffered greatly. PLEASE do not support a vaccine mandate!
Please do not take away the rights of your San Jose community. Many of us choose not to take the shots because we do not want this foreign unknown chemical invading our bodies and we have no idea of the long term side effects. STRONGLY OPPOSE!! It is absurd to mandate these immunotherapy shots when there is zero research (clinical trials) for a virus that has a 99% survival rate: MY BODY, MY CHOICE!!! If you continue with implementing such ridiculous mandates, you will be served.

This is an act of segregation. You have been empowered by the People for the People. Where will we all run to? This is the refuge for individuals all over the world to escape the oppression from their leaders. You will be next in line to make a compromising health decision. IT WILL NOT STOP HERE. Next, it will be boosters or mandatory sterilization. This is a slippery slope. You will be held accountable as civil servants. You have a duty and you are failing the community and humanity.
I strongly oppose! It would variolate the Privacy Protection Act and segregate people based on whether or not they consent to be medicated. The vaccines do not prevent spreading the virus, so it's a purely political move, having no effect on anyone's health or wellbeing.
A large majority of the African American's is not vaccinated, so, in practice, it would also be also a return to racial segregation. Abominable!
The current breakthrough shows that these vaccines fail to protect people. Even if it does, it should be a personal choice to take, not public policy. Government is elected to protect people’s human rights, not to force people to inject something into their bodies.
Government officials are no better or smarter than people who give the power to them. I will start a recall to anyone who vote “yes” because you are abusing government power!
I oppose the vaccine mandate for the following reasons:
The pledge of Allegiance as shown and recited in your meetings states “with liberty and justice for all.” This mandate goes against liberty. This will cause segregation, hardship and it’s simply cruel and unreasonable for those with religious convictions, certain health issues, or feelings of unrest about getting vaccinated. Businesses and individuals will suffer immensely. This is segregation all over again. I beg of you to consider this.
I know what is in this vaccine and what it does to the human body. I do not want it and it should never be forced upon anyone. This goes against my personal and religious beliefs. No to the vaccine mandate!
I am opposed to the Vaccine Passports. It is unethical and illegal to force medical procedures or treatment on anyone. It is my health and my choice. So many businesses have closed this year due to all of the lockdowns. This will put an even bigger strain on those businesses that are struggling to stay open when you restrict their ability to feed their families by telling them who they can and cannot serve. If this passes, you will be voted out.
