So, the plan is to encourage all people to live in RVs to live in RVs permanently, with all the utilities, basic needs be paid by the tax paying citizens. And when the workforce of San Jose shrinks, taxes at all time high, deficit in the budget, the population of RVs dwellers sky-rocketed, San Jose will become a dump. The goal is to have San Jose residents to sell their homes since property taxes become such a burden (to support the unhoused), it makes sense to pay $0 and live in free RV park.

Strongly opposed it. Worry about the safety!
This area had become much more unsafe than before because of the homeless people around.

If you think this is a shortcut to solve homelessness issue, you are completely mistaken. Building RV parking near this neighborhood is a disaster for both the residents and the business owners in the plaza across the street.
Want more loitering? Then build it.
Want less tax revenue from commercial and residential properties? Then build it.
Want to make San Jose the next San Francisco (a zombie town)? Then build it.
Building shelters next to residential area, people leave. This is that simple.

This is very close to residential communities and it poses safety and health hazards.

I strongly oppose the proposal to have a Berryessa Shelter RV Parking for fear of my family safety. If this proposal is approved we will see more homeless people just loitering around our community. They don't care about our communities. They might have health or mental issues. This will increase crime, trash, traffic and will definitely drive our property prices down.

Strongly opposed it. A lot of homeless tents in this area already. Then A RV park? Worry about the safety.

This neighborhood is a very good community and embraces a good diversity of residents. The proposed RV parking significantly threatens the human rights of all residents in this community to protect their personal property and living environment from the violence and chaos. Every act proposed should not sacrifice the human rights of one group to support the other group. This obeys the Constitution that every citizen has the equal rights.

Why don't the council members put a "Safe parking" by their homes? 10 years at a cost of taxpayers millions. I'm sure there's plenty of room in the Almaden Valley where our mayor resides that can be used for "safe parking". As our crime rate increase from the non-handling of the homeless problem in the creek area, the solution of the city is to add to the problem.
