I strongly oppose! I’m outraged of this initiative! The location is too close to the already dense residential neighborhood as well as schools. This is not a good location for the RV parking site. Also, this neighborhood already suffers from safety issues from tiny homes and Bart station. The city should not add any more burden to this neighborhood!

I strongly oppose this plan! So many people are against this plan due to all kinds of concerns - city should listen to its people. It's illegal if the city approves this plan!

Our neighborhood is currently facing safety concerns, with an increase in car and house break-ins becoming a common occurrence. Additionally, we have experienced instances of homeless individuals wandering into our front or backyards, some of whom are dealing with drug addiction and mental health issues. Introducing an RV park nearby would likely contribute to a significant rise in incidents within our neighborhood.

We strongly oppose the proposal to build an RV Parking & Emergency Interim Housing at Berryessa Rd. How can a project at this location reduce the negative impacts on local neighborhoods? The location is near existing residential areas, new dense housing and business developments and close to the gateway (101) to Silicon Valley. This is too close to a heavily populated area and safety concerns will be a big issue for residents and business patrons.

My family has been living in this area for a few years and we do see huge amount of homeless showed up on the road and neighborhoods in the recent years. Some with knives and yelling at peoples, threatening life of residents here. And grocery theft went crazy in the nearby Safeway and CVS. Please don’t making things even worse.

Couple years the city built a tiny home campus nearby amid strong oppositions from our community, arguing it will reduce the homeless on the street and make our community safer. We all see what happened, huge amount of homeless on the road and near the river, some with knives, shouting towards residents, threatening life of residents here. also package theft went crazy. My family strongly oppose this RV park

Doesn’t make any sense to build an extra RV site in this popular area, it will cause much bigger problem than before because this will be retail/residence/transit center under development.

Doesn’t make any sense to build an extra RV site in this popular area. Homeless issue has become serious for recent years ,threatening the safety of the community. There are already enough homeless people in this area. Do you want them to fight with each other?

Please relocate the RV Shelter Parking to a less dense area of the city, especially considering the upcoming build-up of the Flea Marketing housing.

I oppose! The city official only wants to do the easiest by tossing the homelessness on any neighborhood that they don’t reside nearby. Instead of looking for a site that is not too near an already densely populated area, the official decides to burden this neighborhood with the “no plan” on how to operate this 7 acres for all the unhoused neighbors with RVs. We know safety, sanitary will become such a huge issue for both the housed and unhoused neighbors if this plan is materialized.
