Do not consider the 1300 Berryessa site for RV parking. Put RV parking on outskirt of SJ and rent it out since the RV parking is not permanent. The cost of land is too expensive. Use our taxpayer money wisely and for our benefit. What guarantee that RV homeless will use services? The city should not use so much taxpayers money at 1300 Berryessa with so much opposition from the community. Some officials or the people they know must benefit from this deal. The site will severely affect the neighborhood safety.

I am opposing RV shelter on "1300 Berryessa Rd". We have already been dealing with homeless issues in the creek and working with the city with no success and this will really make things worse. Its a bad plan to have such a site near a creek as all the spillover will go to the creek. We have already noticed arson, theft, domestic violence, sexual violence, gun shots, drugs over last 2-3 yrs thrive in the creek and reported to city and police multiple times and now this is going to be worse

Homeless ppl wielding knives, blighted cars, unleashed dogs, etc caused major safety concerns. Just when we see some possible relief bcs of the coyote crk projects, the council is foisting this on the neighborhood. This will create more crime in the neighborhood, at the bart station and the upcoming developments around the bart station.
