Strongly oppose. There has been significantly increased safety/hygiene issues in and around Berryessa community, which was directly correlated with the homeless (absolutely NO bias). Stop using industrial zone as an excuse, wasting tax money and ruining the community by bringing more homeless. No one deserves broken-in cars, package thefts or kids being scared by random homeless. Even from business perspective, doesn't it look STUPID to develop Market Park and the RV parking at the same time?
Strongly oppose. The neighborhood is unsafe now, delivered box gets stolen easily, and car break-in happens frequently. Please solve these safety problems first before any new plans which will cause new safety problems!!!
I think we can find a better way to spend these tax money to find a “permanent “ solution. Who can guarantee they will have affordable place later? It such waste for the tax money. Please buy a motel or hotel which is much better.
Strongly oppose this initiative - we already have a huge problem and safety concern on homeless people around the community, this project will further harm the community.
I respectfully oppose the construction of an RV park in this area. I believe it would negatively impact the environment, increase congestion, and disrupt the peaceful character of the community. Alternative uses that prioritize conservation and community well-being should be considered instead. Thank you for understanding.
RC parking will gether more homeless people, who stored their stuff in utility room of buildings triggering significant safety violations. Also there are apartments broken in the past few years, and neighborhood safety is a big concern nowadays.RV park will get it worse and me and my neighbors are planing moving out this area.
