I am against mandating of vaccination for any fast mutating virus, and Covid19 in particular. It has to be a voluntary decision based on the individual's condition, information from various sources, understanding risks, and the doctor's advice. Not mandatory!
Against Vaccine Mandate. I will advocate for my medical freedom in this situation of Covid. Especially when there are many prophylactic and therapeutic treatments for the virus that is 99.9 % curable. Won’t take the shot for the passport. Will become jobless and homeless if need be if my San Jose employer requires. Even the homeless are not forced to get this for services. So that is what I will choose.

I work in various neighborhoods of San Jose - I am wondering if you have an oath to product the citizens speaking up for Choice? Is that not a right here in America - what about the right to not be experimented on- informed consent of medical procedure? Stand up for you oath - constitution of CA and USA to not discriminate - we the people are we the people in the constitution
So I may possibly lose my job in the county that I’ve invested 16 years next month over a vaccine that I do not want in my body? I possibly can not shop for groceries or go to the gym without proof of vacation?? What happened to my body my choice? I could have sworn we live in a free Country??? What about my right to practice my religious belief??? I have no problem testing and wearing my mask. You think we have a homeless problem now. If you pass this it will be way worse!
We should be able to decide for ourselves what we put into our bodies. Vaccine manufacturers are not liable for injury or death. Until then, it should remain a choice.
We strongly oppose a vaccine mandate! Many have medical issues that would make taking the vaccine more dangerous that getting the virus. These decisions need to be privately made with a person’s doctor. Don’t discriminate against those who can’t and choose not to take it.
This is not needed in San Jose as our vaccine uptake is already extremely high. This has a large impact on someone's life outside of just getting covid. Some people will be fired, some people won't be able to go to college and much more. With such high vaccination rates in our city, we need to be ok with the fact that a very small percentage won't be getting vaccinated and thats ok. Marginalization of groups with less vax update does not bode well for society.

I hope the city does realize you can get and give Covid with the vaccine so this is not a solution to stop the spread.

Emergency vaccine can’t be mandatory. My body my choice
