I oppose a vaccine passport. With almost 85% of the county vaccinated it makes no sense. We don’t need mandates or passports, we need to allow people to make choices for their family based on a conversation with their doctor.

Thank you for allowing input! Please remember that your job is to protect the rights and freedoms of the citizens of San Jose, not to put on lab coats and presume to prescribe medications, let alone insist on it! If the vaccines are safe, why do the pharmaceuticals need to be shielded from lawsuits? If they are effective, why is a booster shot already looming on the horizon? Reports of serious and fatal adverse reactions are piling up. Do not trample on our freedoms to make our own decision.

I oppose the mandate of the covid vaccine. This vaccine has been rushed & does not stop the spread of the virus. There is no need for this vaccine when we have treatments for covid that are safe and effective. You are causing undo stress to our society. By even considering passing this you are discrimintating & dividing us. This needs to end and you can end it today. Stand up for the people.

No on mask and vaccine mandates - this is America - government has no authority to impose these mandates!

I have the vaccine by choice, however my wife should not be mandated to have it. Especially if she has allergic reactions and medical conditions that may worsen or threat her life.

This is unconstitutional. To many professional opposing studies and conclusions completely overlooked. Objectivity has not been a part of this for mandated vaccinations. Successful therapeutics have been shelved. This raises red flags and distrust amongst the people apposed. We have the right to question without discrimination for our distrust in the WHO, FDA, CDC, UN and the AG. Most of these above mentioned agencies have been found wrong, cocealin lies, found concealing for others.
    Monsanto.

    STOP THE MANDATES!

Oppose. It has to be a personal choice.

I strongly oppose. A mandate that removes choice only forces many to make the choice to leave, causing Santa Clara County to experience more loss than gain.

Strongly oppose. Every adult person should be able to decide whether to receive an injection or not.

    No mandate,
People have freedom to choose, this is America!

I highly oppose all mandates associated with my bodily integrity! The COVID-19 injection has not been fully tested to know long term problems, but there is a wealth of data being completely ignored of injuries and deaths. You, Council of San Jose, are practicing medicine without a license! You are intentionally injuring people and will be held accountable!

Oppose vehemently. Discriminatory and an unconstitutional, not to mention immoral, limitation on freedom of movement. Government officials need to think through the ramifications of this rather than passing mandates out of fear. This will result in a two-class system of the have and have-nots. Never before have American citizens been limited in their ability to move about or associate freely, purchase goods or use services based on vaccination status. Covid recovered have natural immunity!

I taught in a private school all last year and we had no issues. Doctors and nurse worked without the vaccine. Let us make informed choices with our doctor. Don’t discriminate those who can’t take the vaccine.

I strongly oppose any personal health mandates. Please hear your constituents and make choices that reflect ALL of your constituents. Public service in America is to represent the people you are in office to represent. It's clear many Americans in San Jose do not want this coercion for personal health decisions. Do not make decisions on your personal preference (your God given freedom in this country), but represent the voice of your people.

I support this mandate to protect all of us including those with health issues and our front line workers! We will not defeat this virus until it is no longer viable.

100% oppose this vaccine mandate. This push has nothing to do with protecting our health.
