I strongly oppose the establishment of an RV park near our residential area due to the serious ongoing homeless issues in our community. These issues include package theft, unauthorized use of private water sources for showering, and individuals lying near the streets and outside of CVS. While I understand that not all homeless individuals cause problems, the safety of my children is paramount. Given that these issues persist without resolution, I cannot support introducing RV park to our area.

We strongly oppose the 1300 Berryessa Lease for RV parking.
It's too close to the residential neighborhood and will affect the safety of the neighborhood.

Homeless people are often seen as a threat, and their presence in a residential area could lead to increased crime and vandalism. This could make residents feel unsafe.
Homeless people may congregate in the area, which could lead to noise, litter, and other problems. This could make it difficult for residents to enjoy their homes and could make it difficult for businesses to attract customers.

I strongly support this initiative. I support dedicating space to aid in the welfare of our unhoused neighbors. The current situation is not ideal - hopefully this will be one step in the right direction. Please ignore the ignorant comments left here by people who have nothing but disdain for the poor and homeless community. Their selfishness and lack of character will continue to perpetuate this massive problem - you must act with compassion and determination, despite these loud NIMBY voices.

I want to oppose this. I am scared to stay in this neighborhood and for the safety of my child. This housing is too close to our neighborhood.

It will cause all sorts of safety and security problems to our neighborhood and the idea of RV park for homeless is a stupid idea that doesn’t help with the ever worsening homeless situation

Strongly oppose. Very detrimental proposal. That would impact the nearby residential neighborhood with too many uncertainties. The neighborhood has a lot of children. The proposal would bring in so many uncertainties and potential safety risks, making the neighbors very stressful. A good proposal should minimize the impact for all relevant people. A more appropriate place should be picked.

I strongly oppose this proposal. I have serious concerns about the unhoused camp in our community. It poses safety risks, devalues properties, and hinders revitalization efforts. Please reconsider and explore sustainable solutions. Also would like to emphasize safety concerns with a proposed park and a thriving residential community within walking distance of the camp.

Too close to residential properties and schools, overflow of homeless people impacts safety in the adjacent communities and further deteriorates traffic conditions. Should consider parks in peripheral areas other than in primary areas like Berryessa.
