    Strongly oppose.
Already have too many crimes around this area. Too close to residential area. Feeling strongly unsafe. Please don't.

    Strongly opposed.
The impact and effects of the unhoused population around our community have continued to increase:

A homeless person has been storing mountains of trash in utility closets. There have been drug paraphernalia and human excrement. This has had a direct financial impact on our community.

Another person tried to open my door late at night and very recently another individual entered the home of my neighbor. 8+ police cars and a police helicopter responded to remove this person.

Strongly oppose. Safety concern. We should stimulate this area economy by bringing in retail and beautify this area.
Not brining in potential increase in crime, drug use and mental illness.

I strongly oppose the idea of this RV park, because it will bring lots of miscellaneous people to our neighborhood, making our neighborhood more crowded and unsafe. There have already been some vandalism in our neighborhood ( such as break in, mail theft, car breaking), we definitely don’t want to add another risk factor here.

We strongly oppose 1300 Berryessa Rd RV parking for homeless. It is very close to the residential area and therefore, worrisome as this could turn into an unsafe neighborhood.

I strongly oppose RV parking for homeless. This will change the dynamics of our neighborhood. Public safety is at risk, increased crime/theft loitering in our community and area. Many who live in this area are affluent families w/small children, elderly parents. We do not need a homeless camp next to our neighborhood. This is a prime area. Space should be used for retail, shopping, restaurants to further stimulate this zip code, our economy. There are better locations to put the homeless.

I object to the proposal of turning the flea market into an RV park for the homeless. This plan may disrupt the harmony of our community. The resolution to poverty isn't as simple as pouring funds into a problem; it demands strategic and sustainable approaches. Handing out money or building RV parks at taxpayers' expense doesn't solve the root causes of homelessness.

It is not " industry area". It is just an mile away from dense residential and commercial area.

Oppose 1300 berryessa project. We have been battling homeless squatters in the creek for a number of years. Homeless ppl wielding knives, blighted cars, unleashed dogs, etc caused major safety issues. Just when we see some possible relief bcs of the coyote crk projects, the council is foisting this on the neighborhood. This will seriously compromise safety in the neighborhood, at the bart station and the upcoming developments around the bart station.

I know the purpose is good. However, I have several concerns.
I am concerned about the safety of my neighborhood. The proposed place is located in a high-crime area, I am worried that it will become a magnet for crime and violence. Also I am concerned about the impact on the quality of life in our neighborhood. Homeless people often suffer from mental illness and addiction. This place will attract people with these problems.
I believe that there are better ways to help them.
