I oppose the RV parking site at Berryessa Neighborhood plan for homeless and unhoused people. Given the fact that our community has already experienced so many criminal activities, this RV site for the homeless will bring more unwanted complex problems to Berryessa Neighborhoods

The city should not use so much taxpayers money at 1300 Berryessa with so much opposition from the community. Some officials or the people they know must benefit from this deal. The site will severely affect the neighborhood safety.

The RV park will attract a lot of risk factors to this neighborhood, especially to children and teenagers. Meanwhile, the community park construction has been delayed for many years. I request that the RV park construction be halted for the benefits of the people here.

I strongly oppose this plan because a RV parking lot will dramatically increase the criminal rate which has already increased a lot in this community.

While many RV enthusiasts are responsible individuals, establishing a shelter RV parking facility might attract a transient population. This could lead to unfamiliar faces in our community, potentially impacting the safety and security of our neighborhood.

I strongly oppose. The city has been doing a good job of beautifying this area over the last few years with the new apartments and shopping complex. A homeless shelter will reverse all that have been accomplished in negative ways.

I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed Shelter RV Parking at 1300 Berryessa Rd. We have already noticed arson, theft, domestic violence, sexual violence, gun shots, drugs over last 2-3 yrs thrive in the creek and reported to city and police multiple times and now this is going to be worse.

We are worried for the safety of our family.

emergency interim housing and supportive parking arises concerns about financial burden, potential dependency, negative community impact, lack of accountability, and the need for long-term solutions. Please consider these viewpoints in your decision-making process.

I am opposing RV shelter on "1300 Berryessa Rd". We have already been dealing with homeless issues in the creek and working with the city with no success and this will really make things worse. Its a bad plan to have such a site near a creek as all the spillover will go to the creek. We have already noticed arson, theft, domestic violence, sexual violence, gun shots, drugs over last 2-3 yrs thrive in the creek and reported to city and police multiple times and now this is going to be worse

    Please stop doing this.
This proposal exposes the community under high risk and will surely lead to a much more unsafe environment.
We had to deal with homeless issue already. You should be working on solving that, not making it worse via adding another RV site.
    Again, please stop!!!

I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed Shelter RV Parking at 1300 Berryessa Rd. I believe this initiative poses significant risks to the environment, community safety, and the overall development plan for San Jose's 2030 Berryessa Urban Village.

    1300 Berryessa Rd

    Strongly opposed.
Our neighborhood has been dealing with unhoused community along the Coyote Creek for many years. And now, the RV.
The community has been very unsafe.
