It is unethical to force anyone to take a medical treatment in any way or form. Natural immunity is the same as being vaccinated, and majority have already had covid without them knowing. You can still get covid, spread covid and die from covid if your vaccinated, so why should everyone get the shot which still has no long term studies on it. Its just like forcing your family to get chemotherapy right now because they have a chance of getting cancer. Its so unethical and unconstitutional!
It is wrong for San Jose to mandate vaccines for its employees; and it is also wrong for San Jose to propose/enact vaccine passports. Those who do not choose to take the COVID vaccines have valid reasons for their choices. They should not be penalized by a system that would create further division between those who are vaccinated and those who are not. I strongly oppose both mandatory vaccines and vaccine passports.

What this mandate is doing is wrongly putting San Jose employees and citizens in a corner and making them choose between keeping their jobs and their livelihoods for their families or get vaccinated against their beliefs or their convictions. That is beyond wrong and disgusting. You are literally shattering and upending peoples family and lives! The freedom of your own body is being taken away. The vaccine doesn’t even prevent the spread so San Jose isn’t even following the science they preach!

I do not support the mandate of an experimental vaccination for mandate. I support a person’s personal, medical, and religious rights to refuse. A mandate of such magnitude will result in economic downfall to San Jose, especially in small businesses. A mandate will also push California residents to leave the state in masses. Please use your vote to bite NO on the medical mandate.
