I don't even get the flue shot therefore I don't want my freedom to be taken away by forcing me to take a vaccine for a virus that has 99.8% survival rate

If people want the vaccine, they've gotten it already. It doesn't prevent transmission, therefore it only protects the recipient, no one else. It's not "stopping the spread!" So a mandate makes no sense, and even if it did, I would still oppose it because it violates the Nuremberg code and bodily autonomy.

I do not agree with having a mandate. It is a persons right to refuse

Forcing medical treatment is tyrannical. I strongly appose a vaccine mandate.

As a resident of MH who commutes to SJ I urge you not to follow in the flawed steps of San Francisco.
What gets injected in my body is my choice. I am healthy & proactively have been taking care of my health for years. I have a 99% chance of beating Covid. This vaccine is not necessary for folks like me who are not at risk.
I will not be forced to get a vaccine in order to visit your city. You will lose revenue from those who put their freedom over your mandate.

The vaccine passport violates the constitution, the Nuremberg edicts,
    Hyppa, and gods word!

As an American Citizen of more than 60 years, I find these mandates beyond the parameters of what civil government is authorized to do. Do NOT force vaccinations upon anyone no matter what!

Our body our choice. If we allow this we are one step closer to communist rule. Wake up folks.

I strongly oppose to vaccine mandates and vaccine passport. Medical freedom should be afforded to all, not just some.

To take away the right to choose and forcibly corner those that choose not to be vaccinated is a form of extortion. I refuse to see my home city enact such mandates like those in SF and NY.

This vaccine mandate is an unconscionable proposition and a violation of our rights. Utter fascism. I am extremely appalled to see this being considered in my home city.

I work in San Jose and should be allowed to choose what is best for me & my family. Medical decisions should be a personal choice, not forced.

No vaccine mandates! Let the people decide what is best for them. The science and data show that vax and unvax both can get and transmit COVID-19. The only difference is in the potential severity of the flu-like symptoms. Let the people decide for themselves.
