I do not agree the vaccine should be mandated. My child will not be an experiment for the vaccine. Each person should have a choice and be able to decide what is put in their own bodies.
Vaccine passports will bring in a segregated society based entirely on discrimination. We do NOT segregate. We do NOT discriminate. We do NOT violate people's privacy. We do NOT violate people's medical privacy. You must see that this is more than a vaccine passport, right? This is the Holy Grail that the virus was designed to bring about. Digital passports are the backbone of social credit scores based on a government controlled digital currency. Just like China is doing. NO ONE WANTS THIS.
We are a country founded on fee ! Just as the people who have gotten the vaccine have a strong conviction so do the people who are choosing to forgo and not get this vaccine! Putting fear and placing unlawful practices like taking away the voice and freedoms off people has no place in this “free country”! You win people over with facts and data not forcing an agenda on people! This is is what causes division, war and segregation which is not what we were founded on!
We live in America, the land of the free, and we have the freedom to choose to vaccinate ourselves and our family. Vaccines should not be mandated in any way! Plus, people are still getting the virus and spreading even with the vaccine!
The coercive tactics being used to force a single method of treatment, are unethical, dangerous and ARE NOT based on science. Outpatient treatments and natural immunity are based on science and must not be ignored. The vaccine IS NOT the only option. There's a HUGE cause for concern today, but it’s not with those currently opting out of the Covid vaccine; it’s with the censorship of qualified medical professionals and lack of access to proven alternative treatments. We all deserve better.

Please do not mandate this. Some of us cannot get vaccinated due to preexisting medical disorders. My body, my choice. This would be a grave disservice to our country and community.
Medical mandates do not belong in any free society. This is America; land of the free, home of the brave; not a Communist country where people tiptoe in fear of the government. As a proud San Jose resident, born and raised, it is a disgrace to see this item on the agenda. Do not pass the buck and point fingers saying it is above your pay grade. You have already provided access; many wanted it, and some declined. Do not force. Remember: The power of evil men lives on the cowardice of the good.
Vaccinated people shouldn’t be fearing the unvaccinated if they are vaccinated against the virus they fear. Many people are leaving this state due to the strict mandates. This state is falling apart due to poor legislation. Many of the unvaccinated are among the African American community and not allowing , therefore adding to the discriminatory narrative.
